HP vs. RPT, Union vs. Non-Union, Road RPT vs. House RPT

Power plant perspective on HP vs. RPT and Road RPT vs. House RPT.  Had to
write this at home, just a little busy at work...  These observations have
been developed over a 7 year period and not intended to be discriminatory
towards anyone.

HP vs. RPT

One skill cannot exist without the other in high work volume environments
such as nuclear power plants.

Perhaps in an environment with low work volumes an HP can have the time to
cover all of the work or the RPT can the have time to stay sharp on all of
the technical issues.
