Gonad Dose Guidelines?

RadSafers,

I have a researcher who is interested in administering small quantities of
radiolabled materials into pre-menopausal female volunteers. A cursory
estimate based on Fed Guide 11 and some conservative assumptions indicates
that the exposure to the gonads will be less than a mrem CEDE. However, a
possible concern is effects caused by the irradiation of an "egg" which can
later be fertilized.
What are the relevant guidelines and/or limits applicable to these
situations involving volunteers in clinical studies?

Appreciate your thoughts or references...
