I received my copy in the mail a couple of weeks ago - I heard about it through
the Baltimore-Washington HPS chapter CHP exam course (thanks to Fred Ferate,
course coordinator). You can just call Bartleby Press with a credit card number

As far as whether it's worth the price, I believe that the $39.95 + $3.00
shipping and handling is well worth it, particularly if you're going to use it
in preparation for your ABHP exam.  I have not had time to review it in great
detail, but the solutions appear to be thorough and understandable. But, as our
worthy mentor Fred Ferate cautioned, if you are studying for the exam, make sure
you solve the problems on your own (of course, first study the relevant chapter
so you thoroughly understand the material) and then use the solution manual to
check your answers. I flunked Part I the first time because I spent too much
time playing with CHP exam prep software and not enough time studying the
concepts.

I heard that the Solution Manual to Cember's third edition is now available.
Does anyone know how to obtain a copy? Or, if anyone has a copy, do you
