ILSC and Baseline Exams

Radsafers,

    Did anyone attend the ILSC in Florida this year.  The opening talk
was to be on baseline eye exams for laser users.  I have ordered the
proceedings but they have not yet arrived.  Anyone have information on
where ANSI will take this?   Right now our policy calls for exams,
however I do not believe they help in preventing eye injury, which is
what I am concerned with for the users.  Thank you for any comments and
replies.
