Laboratories Returing Dosimetry

In addition to actions taken to improve return of dosimeters issued,  
I would also examine your requirements for some dosimeters 
to be issued at all. .   In the case of C-14, S-35, and H-3, typical 
dosimetry does not efficiently detect the low energy betas emitted. 
Wearing dosimetry for use with these isotopes is unwarrented, and 
could even be counter productive if the wearer expected poor work 
practice to result in doses recorded on the dosimeter.
