Does anyone know if the exemptions are still in place for educational
insitutions?  After reviewing the fee proposal from NRC for FY 1999, it
appears to me that universities and some other previously exempted
entities possessing broad scope licenses under NRC jurisdiction will be
coughing up cash for licensing and inspections.
