RE: Missing Potentially Contaminated Material



I was a Health Physicist at the Nevada Test Site for four years.  My main
function was to sure compliance with 10CFR835, the RadCon Manual, etc.  In a
case like this,  we would report the situation as an occurrence using the
DOE occurrence reporting system.
