Summary of RadDecay software
Thank you to all who provided input. You have been most helpful. Here is
a summary:
1) Most everyone has/uses the old DOS freeware program RadDecay. You can
download at: www.physics.isu.edu/radinf/Files/download.htm
2) The newer windows-based version of RadDecay can be purchased
at:http://www.framatech.com/radsoft/radsoft.asp
3) DW James Associates has a rad decay calculator for sale at:
http://www.dwjames.com
4) A Radsafer from Salzburg was kind enough to provide excel sheets set up
to do U-235, U-238, and Th-232 decay series. PLease contact and I can
forward along.
5) Bruce Busby forwarded me a windows-based freeware program written by
Charles Hacker at Griffith University in Australia. I have not tried it
yet, but can forward it to anyone interested.
