While I encourage employers to post job announcements on RADSAFE, I ask that 
those who respond take precautions to ensure that their responses are NOT
sent 
to RADSAFE.  Such responses should be sent only to the prospective employer.
 
Besides hogging bandwith, such publicity may prejudice an individual's
current 
position.
