Re: Looking for information



My understanding is that Aqua Regia is a mixture of concentrated HCL
(3parts)  and concentrated HNO3 (1part).  As per CRC, "this formula should
include one volume of water if the aqua regia is to be stored for any
length of time; without water, objectionable quantities of Chlorine and
other gases are evolved".
