radiopharmaceuticals

 I work for an insurance company with a client wishing to rent some office
space in a 14+ story office building to a group of doctors (tenant) using
diagnotic radiopharmaceuticals with a nuclear ADAC camera.

 #1:  are there any general liability hazard concerns for patients or
building occupants that would therefore become an issue for the landlord?

 #2:  are there any pollution / clean-up concerns?
