x-ray fluoroscence from NaI(Tl) 33keV ??

In using MCA, I have no reference source below Cs109(88keV), but noticed
that gamma peaks occur at 76keV and 33keV when Cs137 & Co60 are put inside
the well counter? I'm sure that 76keV is coming from K-alpha of Pb (lead)
but are not quite sure whether it is really from Iodine. Since from
literature and textbook , 28keV is for the iodine escape peak. Can anybody
tell me where does the 33keV come from ?
