RE: Landauer Problems/Contacts?

We to are having significant problems with the customer support area of
Landauer. Most of the problems that we are encountering are on the shipping
and call in orders of new badges. We are a global company according to
Landauer they are not able to make the necessary changes to their main frame
to accommodate the extend shipping address that is required to get the
badges to the desired location. The other problem that we are having is
when returning the badges to Landauer and indicating that the badge was not
used they go ahead and process the badge any way and creating the report
just like it was used instead of indicating that they badge was not used.
