Re: Buttonwillow

There was an article in the San Diego Union Tribune today, Sunday, May 30,
1999 that said the US Government has burried radioactive waste near
Buttonwillow, CA.  Does anyone out there know exactly what kind of
radioactive material is burried there (if any) and how it came to be there.
The facility at Buttonwillow is not a licensed radioactive waste facility.
