Customs Radiation Detection

Group,
   Are the radiation detectors used by U.S. Customs of a type and
sensitivity able to detect a nuclear weapon such as might be shipped to New
York by a country in possession of the recently-discovered-to-be-stolen plans
for one of our smaller nukes?
