According to the Consumer Reports Health Letter (June 1991), "On some
long-range routes, crew members might receive an annual dose of up to 900
millirems of radiation."  and "There's no direct proff that exposure to 900
millirems of radiation, still a relatively low level, would actually cause
cancer."

Obviously, only the opinion of the Consumer Reports Health Letter writer.
