Can we now expect the police to start issuing tickets for approaching
the speed limit!?

What irritates me about these screwed up press reports is that when you
discuss them with members of the news media, they don't seem to care how
messed up they are!  Chest x-rays -- a new unit of risk.

Just my own thoughts.
