Cesium Brachytherapy question

Dear Radsafers,

If using an after loading system, is it still necessary to perform x-ray
localization after the cesium sources are implanted or is it sufficient to
perform the x-ray localization with dummies?  What is the common practice?
What I am trying to find out is that how one can make sure that the actual
sources are placed as they should be if an x-ray localization is not
performed after the sources are inserted.
