Organ calculations from external sources

I'm looking for a code to calculate the organ doses due to external
radiations sources.  I'm primarally interested in gamma exposure but would
also like to be able to calculate doses for neutronn exposures as well.  I
had heard of a program called 'Body builder' but have been unable to find
any information about it.  Any information about Body builder or other
programs that you would recommend would be apprectiated.
