The goals for any radiation control program are to minimize 
unnecessary exposure to workers and the general public, documenting 
and maintaining accurate records, maintain an open and viable 
relationship with regulatory bodies, as well as facility management, 
and most importantly, minimize financial risk to the organization. In 
the end, it doesn't really matter how you do this, as long as you do 
it. Do what works for you, but do it.
