The online index for the RESRAD Data Collection Handbook is screwy because
the sections are out of order. Look for "Distribution Coefficients under
"Contamination"

The ASTM standard that was alluded to earlier is ASTM 4319 (1992) "Standard
Test Method for Distribution Ratios by the Short-term Batch Method"
