I, assume you are aiming this at Carol Marcus.  BTW her
writings are in the record and her current views here on the
RADSAFE forum are in keeping with her feelings about the NRC
and its regulation of doctors and medicine venue.  In her
writings to the NRC she puts names in context with her
insults about the NRC.  We use to really enjoy her diatribes
about the NRC Headquarter's staff.

She is just saying what many feel and are afraid to say in
public.  Seemingly never ending bureaucratic incompetence is
hard to swallow when you are paying thousands of dollars for
it.
