Probably because no one will measure boron containing water for a long
time, or if done, that water will contain some other radioactive stuff
which will cover the small peak, which will not be recognized as a peak
by the software if appears. Anyhow the phenomena is "cool" and the
explanation very hard to oppose. Congratulations.
