Matt,

I agree with you if you are talking about skin or internal
contamination.  However, in my opinion PCs are there to protect workers,
and contamination on PCs may not mean poor work habits, but work habits
that get the job done in less time and result in lower external dose.
If PCs don't get contaminated, maybe the need for them should be
reconsidered.

Just my own thoughts.
