RE: a stupid question - or not -Reply

Borrowing the RADSAFE quote, I have a few questions about just
what "... and others who have a professional interest in matters
related to Radiation Protection..." means.

Does that mean an HP with 20 yrs experience?
15 yrs?
10 yrs?
5 yrs?
1 yr?

Certified or not?

Does that include RCTs? People that use RadCon instruments all
day long, but perhaps would like to know a little more theory?

Does that include the M.D./RSO who has little or no RadCon training
but are an RSO because their name is on the materials license?

Does that include enlisted personnel or just officers?

Does that include the librarian trying to help a student locate
information for a project?

The husband or wife looking for information about their spouse's
radiation treatment?

I guess I'm just a little confused (and disgusted) about this
"professional" business. And I would really appreciate it if the folks
who rode in on their horses would please take the beasts out,
because my boots are starting to fill up!!

On the other hand, have a Great day!!

My own personal/non-corporate thoughts,
