Not sure about the security requirements, but uranyl nitrate would be
soluble, therefore the ALI for U-238 would be 1 uCi.  Also, the chemical
toxicity is probably more limiting than the inhalation ALI.  If memory
serves me, for natural U, the chemical toxicity limit is roughly 1/3 of the
radiological ALI.
