All facilities looking to outsource their dosimetry needs should 
ALWAYS request a copy of not only the proficiency results, but also 
the NVLAP On-Site Assessment Report as well as any vendor responses 
(if a written response was required). 

Matt, at NYPA did just that, as expected.
