I tend to say this kind of calculation seems very unprofessional to me,
giving rise to the question of the persons qualification. I would have
calculated the dose rate separately for the concrete wall and the window
and given both values, as they describe the variation that is to be
expected. But I see no ethical issue in this case as long as no one is
falsely attributed a dose lower than the real one or an existing risk or
damage is denied.
