I would politely suggest that your polite suggestion amounts to
attempted censorship of Mr. Rima!  If he is not free to bring the
subject up without being (politely?) attacked, he is being censored.

My question is, is there any federal, state, or local law that specifies
that the radiation trefoil will only be used for certain things in
certain places (with the inference that magazine covers are excluded)?
If so, there's one obvious answer.  If not, there's another obvious
answer.

Of course, the Supreme Court that ruled burning a flag is "protected
speech" would probably rule that the trefoil can be used wherever anyone
chooses.

My question is, what does the "The end is near" phrase stamped over the
rad symbol say to you?   To me, it says 10,000 anti-nukes are going to
be dancing in the street saying, "I told you so!, Radiation is going to
get us all if we don't stop it!"  Nothing like having one of our
brother/sister professions giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
