NRC Reg Guide 8.25 states "within about 1 foot of the worker's head" but then
goes on to provide four methods to demonstrate that air samples taken beyond the
1 foot range are representative of the breathing zone.

What is the maximum distance from a worker's face that can still be
considered repreentative of the breathing zone?
Please include an industry reference document, or how you determined the
maximum distance.
