Although I have more than a few times disagreed with the opinions Franz has
posted on Radsafe, I must admit that he certainly does much more than his
share to liven up the discussions and promote impassioned postings and
interesting discourse.

His messages probably elevate the blood pressures of Radsafe correspondents
to a greater extent than any other subscriber. While they are occasionally
(some would say frequently) extremely annoying, his postings are seldom
boring.
