REVOLT and Professor MJ OCarroll

Recently, a person here in Indiana has cited an article on a web site published by REVOLT, Rural England Versus Overhead Power Line Transmission. This article is written by Professor MJ OCarroll and can be found at:

http://www.revolt.co.uk/emfcon.html#top

I have emailed Professor OCarroll for a list of references for this article. One section particularly caught my eye. From the section entitled "6. What health effects are of concern?":

>"Apart from cancer, published studies have suggested associations with >depression, suicide and Alzheimer's disease. Minor ill effects, such as >headaches and sleeplessness, are much more commonly reported at the >anecdotal level; in some cases they are sufficiently debilitating to cause >prolonged absence from work. Moving home has removed the illness. >Continual buzzing in the ears, interfering with sleep and normal life, has >also been reported; there is an audible buzzing from powerlines which is pronounced in damp weather."

Does anyone know of any journal references or other information that might confirm or deny these statements? Does anyone have any more information on REVOLT and Professor MJ OCarroll? The statements above a direct bearing on an investigation we are involved in and are being used as support for a claim of environmental injury to someone here in Indiana. Any information that could assist us here would be greatly appreciated.
