Qualified Lab to do Distribution Coefficient Testing

I need to locate a qualified lab or engineering firm to determine a
distribution coefficient (Kd) for uranium in soil following ASTM
D4319-1993, Standard Test Method for Distribution Ratios by the
Short-Term Batch Method.  I would prefer a facility that could provide a
final report within 90 days of receipt of samples.
