[ RadSafe ] Radsafe Rules

We cannot discuss ongoing issues that may lead to litigation. 
Fortunately, we have lawyers for that.

And no it's not the mil addresses that cause me problems. 

That said it may be better for the site to be hosted by someone in a country that has a less liberal policy for submitting lawsuits.
