[ RadSafe ] Idea to improve public perceptions

Oh don't worry - these things aren't exactly robust and if supplied to 
the general populace enough will be mis-used causing enough anomalous 
readings to make LOTS of alarming pollution claims.

Make a fool proof one and I'd agree - but it doesn't exist and if it did 
it would be very expensive.
