Hi Roger,

FYI, the Whois details you provide are for the domain registrar, not the domain name owner. That is, the registrar is probably the web hosting company that the owners of WhatTalking.com are using. It is common practice for web hosts to put their own contact details on the Whois registers rather than the actual website owner's contact details. 

(For example, do a Whois search for my website, www.huntergeophysics.com, and you'll see my webhost is Bluehost, and none of my contact details are in the Whois registry.)

Also note that +61 is Australia's country code, not +45. +45 is Britain, I think (I'm probably wrong though as I don't call my British contacts often).
