[ RadSafe ] Backwards compatability for radiological software run on newer Windows

From the best I can tell RESRAD is a Windows program (just looked it up
- never used it) and I have had issues with XP emulators and W7 -
haven't and won't try W8.

Anyhow - in case you MAY be talking RESRAD DOS .... I can help there. I
have found the program DOSBOX to be a great DOS emulator to run all
those great old programs that won't run in a DOS window anymore - as of
W7. It was made to be able to run games - so if it can do that it
SHOULD be able to run almost any serious software.
