JCO victims data

Tosh Ushino and I decided to open the JCO patient status data link again. 
You will only find data up until Dec. 20 there today but Tosh has kindly 
promised (yesterday) to add any updates that we may get. In addition to 
this, I made some simple diagrams to help the eye for a fast overview.
