Currently the Radiation Protection program in Washington State is preparing
to perform some self audits, based, somewhat on the IMPEP self audit
program. Following that, we are having the CRCPD come in and audit. The
challenge we are having is that the IMPEP process doesn't exactly fit most
other programs other than the Agreement State program, so we have to create
new checklists.
We thought we'd ask if others have done something similar, and would be
willing to share what they've done so we don't have to totally recreate the
whole thing.
If anyone has anything they might be able to send us, we are looking for
anything on an X-Ray program, Emergency planning, environmental monitoring
and radioactive air (NESHAPs) programs.
If you could reply the following e-mail address, it would be greatly
appreciated. (al.conklin@doh.wa.gov) Thanks.
