Re: EP Question



We do not issue new PARs if conditions have not changed.  We do require
a minimum hourly update of conditions.
Verbal contact is also required in certain instances (minor changes in
wind speed, etc), even if the PAR doesn't change.  This arrangement was
developed in coordination with the State and Local authorities.
