Solidification Agent

Radsafers,

I'm interested in information regarding solidification agents that we could
mix with decon water in a drum such that it would meet the disposal
requirement for "no free liquids."  Any recommendations, pro or con would
be appreciated.  Please respond directly, rather than to RADSAFE.
