Irradiation of pet foods

I must share this.  We recently brought a package of processed pig ear
treats for our dogs.  The package had a 1 inch by 1 inch sticker that says
"Treated by Irradiation" with the FDA approved irradiate symbol on it.

I guess if food irradiation is good enough for your pet, it must be okay for
humans.
