Do you mean "Authors" (instead of Arthur's")?

I am reviewing an article about microwave hazards. The Arthur's of this
article suggest
microwave ovens to be thrown away. This article was provided by a faculty
from our
school's Nutrition Department. I found the article posted in Dr. Mercola's
webpage. I
am not posting the web address because I don't think it's worth visiting
this site. I
feel this article is junk. Anyway, I need to help this faculty to response
to whoever
asked her about this article. I am curious about who the Arthur's are and
their purpose
or goal. I hope someone would explain to me who these people (listed below)
are.
The Arthur's claim that microwave oven can create carcinogens in food.
Therefore
microwaved food is not fit to eat.
The Arthur's claim "The Swiss Clinical Study" as one of their proof
(evidences). I am
wondering if any of European friends recognize these names and institutions.
Here are
some of names and institutions: Dr. Hans Ulrich Nertel, Dr. Bernard H.
Blanc, Swiss
Federal Institute of Technology, and University Institute for Biochemistry.
Following names were also listed, Dr. Lita Lee, Robert O. Becker, and
Atlantis Raising
Educational Center in Portland Oregon.
The article claims that microwave ovens were invented by Germany. I thought
that
microwave heating effects were discovered by American radar researcher
during WWII
accidentally. Thank you. M. Jo
