Re: Scientist links cancer to nuclear power





I know this kind of material is "newsworthy" because it plays to people

fears and notion that there is

some great conspiracy but the majority of scientific data does not

support Dr. Sternglass's conclusions.

Unfortunately most scientists don't have a significant financial gain to

make by publishing boring dry facts while Dr. Sternglass however sincere

he may be makes his living selling books and speaking.  Why don't you

propose a story: "Most radiation safety professionals feel that public

fear of radiation is overrated, scientific studies bear this out". Will

that fly with your editors?
