Regional Health Physicist position
PETNet Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is currently seeking a Regional Health
Physicist. This position will be responsible for assisting in development
and implementation of the Corporate Radiological Compliance Program
(radiation protection and DOT). In particular, this position will be
responsible for several program elements (e.g. training, policies &
procedures, radiation protection design, and etc.) for all PETNet sites as
well as management of the compliance programs (e.g. audits, licensing
support and etc.) for the assigned geographical regions where PETNet sites
are located. Up to 50% travel is required for this position.
The ideal candidate should have a B.S. or M.S. in Health Physics, with
approximately five years experience in operational health physics,
preferably in a radiopharmacy/nuclear medicine environment. The candidate
should also have a strong technical background, sound knowledge of
regulatory requirements (NRC/DOT/Agreement states), and excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
PETNet Pharmaceuticals, Inc, with corporate office in Knoxville, Tennessee,
operates numerous sites in the United States for the manufacture and
distribution of PET products. The Regional Health Physicist will also be
