ICRP66, 68 in the US

Dear RadSafers, I have yet another question:  



Are facilities in the US using ICRP 66/68/78 based models, DCFs, and associated derived ALIs & DACs as the basis for their internal dose and air sampling programs?



If YES, what facilities and who are your regulators (NRC, DOE, Other)?
