Dear Colleagues:

I am in search of vendors that can provide the appropriate cover(s) to
radioactive mill tailings (Ra-226, Th-232) piles to be secured on a site
awaiting future disposal.  The pile will be about 40,000 cu.yards.  The
concentrations range is 5pCi/g to 2500pCi/g for Ra-226 and Th-232.  We need
to limit the Radon release rate to below 20pCi/l/m2s.

This is a Superfund site.
