Re: Edward Radford (1922-2001)
John (and others),
This case was reported in 1995 in either the HPS or ANS journal (can't
remember which one). As I recall it involved an electrician who worked at
one of the California plants as a contractor. An internet search last night
came up empty, but if you have back issues you may find it.
