Re: Purpose of the List

This list has a lot of purposes. This list also emulates life, where there are pros and
cons. If we can't "debate" an issue here, how are we expected to be able to "debate"
in the non-cyber world? I don't recall seeing that those who do not agree with
everyone of our "professional beliefes" shall be banned from the list. If that were the
case, the list owner would certainly step in and moderate. I therefore submit that if
debate is not in the individual's best interest, or desire, then that individual need not
reply. If the consensus of this list feels the same way, then there will be no debate. I
suggest that we provide input and feedback and input on those items that interest us,
and if not, simply refrain. I for one do not believe in censorship, especially by mob
rule. If the majority wants to amend the tenets of this list, then they can contact Mike
and ask for him to intervene. In the end, Mike will act if need be. But I also suggest
that we who communicate can either make or break this list. So, respond in kind to
each and every message. Those that have merit will continue, and those that don't,
will simply die on the vine.
