There is some info on radionuclides in coal at the following URL.

I don't know about radionuclides in oil, but natural gas can have a

significant radon content and certainly NORM is a problem in the solids

(scale) that build up in drilling pipes.



I read recently that one LWR fuel pellet (about 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch in

size) has the same energy equivalent as 3 tons of coal.  That figure

would be useful for calculating avoided CO2 emissions.
